base-files: get rid of /etc/profile.d/xdg-*.

- xdg-runtime-dir: this is not necessary anymore, XDG_RUNTIME_DIR
is set by ConsoleKit2.
- xdg-user-dirs: this should be created elsewhere not inconditionally.
