srcpkgs: declare libGL/GLES/EGL as virtual pkgs and update pkgs.

Browse Source 
virtualpkgs should be declared as "virtual?foo".

This makes "./xbps-src show-build-deps" suceed on pkgs
that had `depends="libGL"`.
