Juan RP 045a31efe2 kernel: (i386) add a bunch of drivers as modules. ...

- Enable all DVB drivers.
- Enable all USB drivers.
- Enable all framebuffer drivers, and vesafb built in.
- Enable all sound drivers.
- Disable some debugging options.

With these changes (among other things) I'm able to boot with
vga=XXX without getting a black screen.
