Juan RP 9823bb2efd initramfs-tools: new revision with multiple changes. ...

- Remove mkinitramfs-kpkg(8), it's useless.
- Use busybox shell and create some symlinks through init.
- Add missing busybox-initramfs dep.

Bump revision.
