Juan RP 29c2d115f2 Revert "texinfo: fix uncompressed info files, bumprev." ...

This reverts commit 02adbd086c4fdb4a385a6966518bad1a2c70590d.

Because otherwise /usr/share/info/dir is detected as modified
(obviously) when entries are added/removed.
